Flexibility and ticket conditions
Exchange policy (up to 1 hour before departure)
Plans changed? No problem. All Eurostar Standard tickets can be exchanged with no extra fee, so you can amend and change your booking as many times as you want up to 1 hour before departure.
If your new ticket is cheaper, you won't receive a refund; if it's more expensive, simply pay the fare difference and you're good to go.
Refund conditions (up to 7 days before)
If your plans change or don't work out, there's no need to worry. Eurostar Standard tickets can be refunded up to 7 days before departure, subject to a small fee per leg and our cancellation policy.

Seating and on-board experience
Settle into your Eurostar Standard seats and enjoy a relaxed ride through Europe. With a comfortable layout, generous legroom and a reserved seat as standard, you can sit back, stretch out and watch the journey unfold.
Luggage allowance
We offer a generous Eurostar luggage allowance, including 2 large bags (up to 85cm long on routes to and from London and 75cm on all other routes), plus 1 piece of hand luggage for no extra charge. To top it off, there are no weight limits or liquid restrictions, so you’re free to pack that extra bit and bring a bottle of bubbles for the journey!
If you're travelling with kids or babies, pushchairs and prams can come on board for free, but they must be folded before you hop on and stored throughout the journey.
Wi-Fi and power sockets
Stay connected with free Wi-Fi and keep your devices powered up throughout your journey. Whether you're catching up on emails or streaming your favourite series, everything you need is right at your seat.
Food and on-board services
