Take the train to Aix-en-Provence

Getting to Aix-en-Provence couldn’t be simpler. Take the Eurostar to Paris or Lille and change to a TGV for Aix.

You will leave from St Pancras International in London. Get to St Pancras International at our recommended arrival time to allow plenty of time to get through border controls and security.

Once on board, settle into your spacious seat and tuck in to drinks, snacks or a meal from Eurostar Café. If you'd rather bring your own picnic, there's no limit on liquids, so don't forget the bubbly.

And with free wi-fi and entertainment on our new trains, as well as sockets to keep your gadgets charged, you can relax en route with a film or box set.

Continuing your journey to Aix

Once arrived in Paris, take the direct RER train from Gare du Nord to Gare de Lyon, where you can catch a connecting train. At Lille, you just need to change platforms.

Your train will arrive at Aix-en-Provence TGV station, which is close to the city centre.

Typically, the train journey from London to Aix-en-Provence takes 6hrs 26mins. When you view the available tickets, you will be able to see the length of the train journey for each departure time.

Unlike airlines, there are no hidden costs when travelling by Eurostar. Once you have picked your train tickets (Standard, Standard Premier or Business Premier), there will be no additional fees for seat selection, advanced booking, or luggage allowance.

Eurostar tickets from London to Nantes can be booked up to 180 days before your return travel date, however, there are a few exceptions depending on engineering work or when you book. Have a look at our booking calendar and available days will show in black while the greyed-out dates are not available for sale just yet.

You can take liquids on the Eurostar and there is no volume limit, so you can bring all your toiletries and even a bottle of bubbly!
