St Pancras International
On the Continent:

Booking your journey
You have to book a guide or assistance dog place so your dog has space to lie down beside you. We allow four dogs on each train and you can choose to travel at almost any time. Unfortunately, you aren’t able to travel on a train that arrives in the UK after the last train from the UK has departed.
You must book your guide or assistance dogs ticket before travelling. Please call us at least 48 hours before your trip on +44(0) 3432 186 186 and select English or French, followed by option 4.
To confirm your booking, we’ll need your guide or assistance dog’s training documentation. What we need will depend on whether your dog’s accredited or not.
ACCREDITED GUIDE AND ASSISTANCE DOGS
If your dog has been trained by an accredited association, we’ll ask for the name of their member organisation and the accredited association. After a quick check, we’ll be able to confirm your booking.
Member organisations:
International Guide Dog Federation
NON-ACCREDITED GUIDE AND ASSISTANCE DOGS
If your dog isn’t trained by an accredited association, you’ll need to complete an application form and provide relevant details before we can confirm your booking. You’ll need to complete the form and send it to our Special Assistance team at least 48 hours before your journey.
For more information call us on +44 (0) 3432 186 186 and choose option 2, followed by option 4.
SPECIAL ASSISTANCE
If you need help getting to or from the train, you can book special assistance by calling +44(0) 3432 186 186 and selecting English or French, followed by option 4. For more information, go to our special assistance page or download our Special Assistance Guide.

- an EU animal health certificate, when travelling to a non-EU country. If you are travelling between EU countries then a valid pet passport will be acceptable.
