How to book

10 to 20 people

The fastest and easiest option is to book online. Use the train search at the top of the page and you’ll be shown group rates. After you’ve chosen your trains, you can check out right away to secure your seats.

Alternatively, you’ll get the option to request a quote but you’ll need to confirm your booking with the Groups Team to secure your seats.

More than 20 people

We'll create a quote for you to review before you book. Use the train search at the top of the page, and you’ll be shown group rates for your party. Once you’ve made your selection, you just need to provide an email address.

You’ll receive a quote right away. To secure your seats, follow the steps in the email to complete your booking with the Groups Team.

Group fares are only available on direct Eurostar services (in other words, those without a connecting train). Find out which destinations offer direct services on our Trains Hub.

If you want to take a group of more than nine people on one of our indirect routes, we recommend you split your party across multiple bookings.

Group bookings are available for 10 or more paying passengers.
If your group size falls below 10, we'll no longer be able to keep your booking as a group reservation.
Everyone in your group must travel together on both the outbound and return journeys.

Exchanges

You can change the date or time of your journey (for one leg or the whole trip) up to 31 days before departure, with no fee. You can also upgrade your travel class. A couple of things to keep in mind:

You can’t change your destination.
If your new ticket costs more, you’ll pay the difference.
If it costs less, the difference won’t be refunded.

After that, changes aren’t available.

Refunds

Refunds apply to the whole journey only. Individual legs can’t be cancelled separately.

If you need to cancel, here’s what you’ll get back:

80% up to 31 days (inclusive) before departure
50% between 30 and 9 days before departure
No refund from 8 days (inclusive) before departure

These terms apply to all group booking routes, including journeys to and from London and between Belgium, France, the Netherlands, and Germany.

We want our passengers to have a relaxing, pleasant experience and that’s why we reserve the right to confiscate excessive amounts of alcohol intended for consumption on the journey. We also have the right to refuse access to our services if a traveller’s physical or mental state is affected by alcohol or drugs.
