After a quick scan of your ticket barcode at the ticket gates, it’s through to security, passport control and the departure lounge. Keep an eye on the screens and find your platform when the train’s ready for boarding.
If you’re travelling from the Netherlands, you’ll need to scan the barcode on your ticket at the NS ticket gates to enter the station’s main concourse. Then find the Eurostar departures building on platform 15b in Amsterdam or platform 2 in Rotterdam. Once you’re there, a member of our team will check your ticket (ticket checks close 30 mins before departure) then you’ll go through security and passport control.
Need to get your tickets? Find them in the Eurostar app, save them to your Wallet, print them at home or pick them up at the station. Please note that you’ll be charged a fee for printing your ticket at the station in the Netherlands.
