We know your plans can change at the drop of a hat, and that’s why Business Premier offers tickets that are flexible.
You can exchange or get a refund for your ticket before and after departure.
If you’re travelling between London and the Netherlands, you can get a refund, or exchange your ticket up until departure.
You’ll also find dedicated Business Premier ticket offices near the ticket gates, where you can book and exchange tickets.
Plus, with our boarding guarantee available, if you want to travel on a different train that day, we guarantee to find you a seat on a train that suits you, even if Business Premier’s full. Sorry, but our boarding guarantee isn’t available if you’re travelling between London and the Netherlands. Check our terms and conditions.
BUSINESS PREMIER TICKET GATE
The dedicated Business Premier ticket gates closes 10 minutes before departure, so you can make the most of your time before heading to the station.
Simply scan your ticket barcode at the gate, then breeze straight through security and passport control and into the Business Premier lounge.
Want to get your tickets? Find them in the Eurostar app, download them to your Wallet, print them at home or collect them at the station
BUSINESS PREMIER LOUNGES
Start your journey in style, relaxing with tasty treats, a wide selection of drinks and a range of magazines and newspapers in our exclusive Business Premier lounges.
With free wi-fi, it’s also the perfect place to catch up on any last minute emails or download the latest titles from our digital library. Just don’t forget there’s a train to catch...
Business Premier lounges are available to Business Premier travellers and Eurostar™ carte blanche holders. You'll find them in our London, Paris, Brussels and Ebbsfleet departure lounges. There’s also an exclusive quiet area in the Ashford departure lounge.

HAVE A TAXI READY AND WAITING
Enjoy seamless door-to-door service and beat the queues when you arrive by booking a taxi in the Business Premier lounge or once you’re on board. Simply speak to a member of the team and they’ll arrange everything.
WHEN YOU ARRIVE
In London and Brussels look out for the driver at arrivals holding a sign with your name. In Paris and your driver will meet you at the end of the platform.
PAYING FOR YOUR TAXI
You’ll need to pay the driver directly in cash or with a credit card.
In London prices start from £19. This includes the car park fee and 15 minutes’ waiting time.
Taxi charges in Paris are by the meter with an additional call out charge of €10 to €15 depending on the waiting time.
In Brussels, the price of the journey, including waiting fees at the station, is €26 for any destination within the 19 municipalities of the Brussels Capital Region. For any destination, charges are by the meter with a minimum of €26.
