Take the train to Nantes

Get to St Pancras International at our recommended arrival time to allow plenty of time to get through border controls and security. 

On the way to Nantes, you’ll connect to a TGV train in either Lille or Paris.

In Lille it’s just a platform change, while in Paris you’ll need to go to Gare Montparnasse – about 45 minutes from Gare du Nord by Métro or taxi.

What's on board?

If you’re travelling in Standard Premier or Business Premier you’ll have a socket at your seat and we’ll serve a meal en route. You’ll be in First Class on the TGV where there are sockets at every seat and an on board bar. If you’re travelling in Standard you’ll find drinks, snacks and meals at the Eurostar Café on Eurostar, and at the TGV Bar.

Arriving in Nantes

From Paris, the second leg of the trip takes a little over two hours while from Lille it’s just under four.

You’ll arrive at Gare de Nantes in the heart of the city, where you’ll find taxis as well as local buses, coaches and trams.

If you’re planning to explore further afield, you’ll also find car hire desks at the station.

Missed your connection because of a delay or cancellation?
