Your journey will be in two parts, Eurostar to Paris, Gare du Nord then onwards to Lourdes on a TGV from Gare Montparnasse.
If you’re travelling as a family group the train is a great option as you can sit together and move around easily.

Changing stations in Paris
On arrival in Paris, get a taxi or take Metro Line 4, direction Mairie de Montrouge and go to Montparnasse Bienvenue.
Give yourself around 45 minutes for the transfer as there’s a bit of a walk from the metro to the station.
Your train will arrive at Lourdes station, a short hop from the town centre and the Sanctuary of Our Lady of Lourdes.
