What is Railteam?

Railteam is an alliance of rail companies working together to promote comfortable, seamless travel by high-speed rail throughout Europe – both at the station and on board.

Member companies currently include the DB (Germany), the SNCF (France), Eurostar (UK, France, Belgium), NS International (Netherlands), ÖBB (Austria), SBB (Switzerland) and SNCB (Belgium), as well as their joint subsidiaries, Lyria and the joint operation DB/SNCF.

What can Railteam do for you?

If you miss an international high-speed connection because your train was cancelled or delayed, we’ll make sure you’re on the next available departure – at no extra cost.

The only condition is you have to leave from the same station as originally planned. We’ll take care of the rest.

So whether you arrive delayed in Paris, Brussels or Amsterdam, we’ll replace your onward ticket free of charge. Just speak to a member of staff at info points in the station to get your journey moving again.

You can also access real-time data about your journey via your mobile phone. If you’re a member of the loyalty programme and travelling on an international ticket, you can take advantage of our frequent traveller lounges.
