If you’re travelling with a wheelchair, take advantage of our special fares.
We offer free assistance to get you to and from your train. But please pre-book at least 24 hours before departure.
Travel in comfort
We want every stage of your journey with Eurostar to be comfortable and stress-free. That’s why our customers with wheelchairs travel in Standard Premier or Business Premier on our London routes and in Premium on all other routes. All at the fixed price of a Standard ticket.
- Travelling to and from London - $52 each way
- Paris <> Amsterdam - $41 each way
- Paris <> Brussels - $34 each way
- Brussels <> Cologne - $19 each way
Need to change your journey? Not a problem, we know life can be unpredictable. You can exchange the departure date and/or time of your ticket with no fee up until one hour before your original departure time.
Our travel classes
Our tickets are now more flexible than ever before. And from 4 November, you’ll be travelling in our new travel classes Eurostar Plus, or Eurostar Premier.
From 4 November, wheelchair users can travel in Eurostar Plus or Eurostar Premier at the fixed price of a Eurostar Standard ticket.
