Eurostar for Business is a completely free service.
Yes. For every 15 return journeys your business takes, you’ll receive a free upgrade or ticket. If you’re travelling in Business Premier/Eurostar Premier, you can also change your booking as many times as you like without any extra fees. Every employee can also earn Club Eurostar points from their business trips to spend on leisure travel.
Once registered, you can make bookings for yourself or your colleagues. Invite team members to join your business so they can track and manage their own bookings and travel spend all in one easy-to-use portal.
When you join Eurostar for Business, you can still keep and maintain access to your Club Eurostar account and its perks. You can quickly and easily convert your existing Club Eurostar account to your new Eurostar for Business account. Just hit 'Convert my account' during the registration process and your points will be automatically transferred over within 48 to 72 hours.
You won’t have two loyalty accounts if you convert your existing personal Club Eurostar account. That will only happen if you create a new one.
Club Eurostar points can be claimed for work travel and then used for your personal trips.
All major forms of payment are accepted, including VISA, Mastercard, Maestro and AMEX.We’re also constantly reviewing our payment options and will be introducing new ways to pay in the very near future.

Upgrade or Free Ticket
Available after you (the company) have purchased and completed 15 return journeys. The 15 return journeys is not per traveller – for example, 3 people could travel 5 times each.
- After you have purchased and completed 15 return journeys in Standard class, the next individual ticket you purchase will be upgraded to Standard Premier class (which will be known as Eurostar Plus from 4 November 2024).
- After you have purchased and completed 15 return journeys in Standard Premier class, the next individual ticket you purchase will be upgraded to Business Premier class (which will be known as Eurostar Premier from 4 November 2024).
- After you have purchased and completed 15 return journeys in Business Premier class, we will give you one free ticket for Business Premier class.
You cannot combine different routes or journeys booked in different classes of travel towards the 15 return journeys.
Upgrades to be applied manually through Eurostar sales team.
There is no limit to the number of upgrades or free tickets that can be earned.
This benefit is available until 31 December 2024 (and upgrades and/or free tickets must be used for travel by this time) at which point this benefit will be reviewed.
