Eurostar for Business

Eurostar for Business is a completely free service.

Yes. For every 15 return journeys your business takes, you’ll receive a free upgrade or ticket. If you’re travelling in Eurostar Premier, you can also change your booking as many times as you like without any extra fees. Every employee can also earn Club Eurostar points from their business trips to spend on leisure travel.

Once registered, you can make bookings for yourself or your colleagues. Invite team members to join your business so they can track and manage their own bookings and travel spend all in one easy-to-use portal.

For every 15 trips that your business takes, you’ll receive a free upgrade or ticket.

If your business spends €10,000 or more in any 12-month period, you’ll also get corporate discounts of between 4% and 22% across Eurostar Plus and Eurostar Premier.

For agencies that spend more than €10,000 in any 12-month period, you’ll also be eligible for agency commission. Please enquire via eurostarforbusiness@eurostar.com for further details.

When you sign up to Eurostar for Business, you’re able to access features unavailable anywhere else.

You can invite team members to join and view and manage the spend from across your entire organisation. You can also invite multiple administrators – perfect if you need more than one person to have access to your company’s booking and travel information.

We’re constantly working to improve the service that we offer our customers through the Eurostar for Business portal and will have bespoke payment methods and reporting functionality available soon.

Yes. We offer quarterly reports on CO₂ emissions and savings. Please email eurostarforbusiness@eurostar.com for further details.

When you join Eurostar for Business, you can still keep and maintain access to your Club Eurostar account and its perks. You can quickly and easily convert your existing Club Eurostar account to your new Eurostar for Business account. Just hit 'Convert my account' during the registration process and your points will be automatically transferred over within 48 to 72 hours.

You won’t have two loyalty accounts if you convert your existing personal Club Eurostar account. That will only happen if you create a new one.

Club Eurostar points can be claimed for work travel and then used for your personal trips.

All major forms of payment are accepted, including VISA, Mastercard, Maestro and AMEX.We’re also constantly reviewing our payment options and will be introducing new ways to pay in the very near future.
