Passenger Information Page
Trade Unions in France have called for a nationwide general strike from 5 December 2019.
The strike action will impact our ability to deliver the usual timetable as we expect disruption to signalling along all routes. As a result, we will now run a reduced timetable until 13 December.
To check if your train is cancelled please check the relevant date tab below.
If you are booked on a cancelled train, you can exchange or refund your ticket here. You have up to 60 days from the date of your journey to exchange or refund your ticket.
As the situation is now clearer, exchanges during the strike period are possible, although availability is very limited. We do still advise that you travel outside the strike period. Should you choose to travel we would ask you to check the likely impact for your journey, including any onward connection, before making your exchange.
As this Strike action will impact our trains and any onward connections in France, if you are booked to travel on a train up until 12 December, you can choose to postpone your journey free of charge here.
There will be major disruption to Metro and RER services in Paris and connecting trains to all destinations within France.
For more information on any SNCF connecting journeys we advise you to check your train for any updates here https://www.sncf.com/en/booking-itinerary/itinerary.
For RER and Metro journeys with-in Paris you can check for updates here: https://www.ratp.fr/en/titres-et-tarifs.
