TRAVELLING SAFELY WITH EUROSTAR

  • So much about the way we travel has changed. But at Eurostar, our commitment to caring about our passengers and colleagues remains the same. That’s why your safety and the wellbeing of our teams will always be our top priority. And why we’re working as hard as we can to keep you connected with the people and places you love.

Keeping you safe en route

We’re committed to making our trains and stations a safe environment for travel.

Our safety and hygiene measures are recognised by the World Travel & Tourism council. Find out more.

Important: It’s our policy that our staff and passengers must continue to wear a face mask at all our stations and on board our trains, even if they’ve been fully vaccinated. Please be aware that some passengers might be exempt from wearing a face mask for medical reasons.

If you’re exempt from wearing a mask, it’s your responsibility to check what’s required as proof of exemption in your destination country.

We thoroughly clean and disinfect our trains before every journey

Our air con units draw in fresh air and filter it throughout the journey

You’ll find hand sanitiser points dotted around our stations

We follow government guidelines for testing staff and passengers

We’re regularly topping up soap and water supplies on board

We’re using online menus and serving individually packaged food

We're making our trains safer

Before every journey, our trains are deep cleaned. We are taking special care to ensure all the following areas are disinfected:

Keeping you informed
