The Subscriber will then have the option of cancelling his or her subscription free of charge, by sending a registered letter to THI Factory – Customer Service Center - 4 Place Marcel Broodthaers, 1060 Brussels, Belgium, at least 15 days before the said changes come into effect (i.e. the date indicated on the notice sent by Eurostar). Eurostar will refund the Subscriber the price of the subscription pro rata to its remaining term from the cancellation date.
In the absence of such cancellation, the Subscriber will be deemed to have accepted the said changes.
Furthermore, Eurostar reserves the right to end the subscription of any Subscriber who does not comply with these Terms and Conditions, the Eurostar Continental Route Services Terms & Conditions of Carriage, or any other conditions of Eurostar which he or she would have accepted, or if he or she has made abusive or fraudulent use of a Frequent Pass or a Premium Pass.
