For bookings made in the UK - we are a Member of ABTA which means you have the benefit of ABTA’s assistance and Code of Conduct. All the standalone hotels and Train + Hotel packages we sell are covered by a scheme protecting your money if the supplier fails. Other services may not be protected and you should ask us what protection is available.

For bookings made in the EU – all hotel bookings that form part of a linked travel arrangement and Train + Hotel packages we sell are covered by an insurance scheme which protects your money in the unlikely event we become financially insolvent (other services may not be protected and you should ask us what further protection is available). This insurance has been arranged by International Passenger Protection Limited and underwritten by Liberty Mutual Insurance Europe SE.
