Travelling with Eurostar

Check-inYou must arrive at least 45 minutes before your train departs so one of our team members can check your pass and seat reservation. Once you’re through to the departure lounge, you can relax or do a bit of shopping before it’s time to board.

On board
Once on board, you can sit back and enjoy the journey. Delicious meals, drinks and snacks are available at Café Métropole, our onboard bar buffet, or, if you’re travelling in Standard Premier, a light meal will be served at your seat.

Our newer trains have free wi-fi and onboard entertainment so you can connect with friends, catch up on your emails or watch a Hollywood blockbuster en route.

* Only the person named on the pass can use it to travel with Eurostar. 2nd class pass-holders can travel in Standard and 1st class pass-holders can travel in Standard Premier.
