Thanks for your patience. We’re sorry this is taking time to resolve. We're sending a rescue train to haul your train to Ebbsfleet. From there, it's hoped you’ll be able to take an alternative service to Paris. It may take some time for the rescue train to arrive. For your own safety, please remain seated and await further instructions from our onboard team. Please be advised that power will be lost (including for lighting) for at least 45 minutes. This is to allow brake tests to take place as part of the normal rescue procedure. We are grateful for your patience whilst this is carried out.
