Routes to/from London only

Our dedicated Eurostar Premier lanes close 15 minutes before departure. Simply scan your ticket, then breeze straight through security and passport control.

You can expect to experience top-class service from the moment you’re welcomed into one of our exclusive Eurostar Premier Lounges.

Take a seat at one of our much-loved cocktail bars, find your favourite newspaper or magazine, or indulge in a canapé or two. We have Eurostar Premier lounges in all our major departure stations.

Flexible tickets

You can exchange your ticket as many times as you want or get a refund with no fee up to 2 days after departure. If your new ticket is more expensive, you will pay the difference. If your new ticket is cheaper, you won’t receive a refund of the difference. Travel doesn’t come more flexible than this.

Boarding guarantee

With our boarding guarantee, it’s now even easier to change your travel plans. You can board any other train on your day of departure at no extra charge – and you won’t pay the difference in fare even if your new train is more expensive. Just log onto our app to exchange your ticket. If you’re travelling to or from London and Eurostar Premier on your new train is full or if all travel classes are fully booked on any of our other routes, a member of our station team will be able to help.

We can’t guarantee specific seats, the same travel class or the same onboard services such as catering. And you may have to stand on our routes between France, Belgium, the Netherlands and Germany if the train is fully booked. Although of course, our team will do their best!

Generous luggage allowance

Whether you’re being whisked away for a romantic weekend or exploring the city with the whole family, there’s no need to travel light.

Each adult can take three pieces of luggage (up to 85cm long on our routes to and from London or 75cm on all other routes), as well as one small piece of hand luggage. Plus, there are no restrictions on liquids so you can take your favourite toiletries (and a bottle of bubbly for the journey).
