Due to planned strike action in France over the period April – June 2018 we’ve had to make some changes to our timetable.
Check timetables for strike days below, if your train is not listed, it is currently scheduled to run, however please do check with us just before you travel to make sure.
If your service has been cancelled, you can exchange your ticket free of charge or claim a full refund regardless of your ticket conditions. Simply enter your booking reference and surname in the “Change journey” box. Please note that this is subject to availability in the same class of travel.
Customers with a connecting journey
If your Eurostar service is running but you have booked to travel further in France, please be aware that domestic rail services in France will be disrupted.
If you have made a booking with Eurostar for a connecting journey in France and wish to change or cancel your booking please contact us here and select ‘Delays and Cancellations’ with the subject ‘STRIKE’ so that we can prioritise your request. Please note that changes are subject to availability in the same class of travel.

Please make sure to download your tickets early so that we can contact you. When retrieving your tickets online you will be asked for contact details, we use these to inform you by email/SMS of anything affecting your journey, including strike developments.
We will try to provide you with as much advance warning as possible to enable you to rearrange your travel plans.
