Club Eurostar tickets

Anytime Tickets or Value Tickets issued in exchange for Reward Points (“Reward Tickets”) must be booked between 11:00 (BST) on 6 May 2025 and 16:00 (BST) on 15 May 2025 only (the “Booking Period”). Reward Tickets can be booked via www.eurostar.com or the Eurostar mobile app by logging into your Club Eurostar account.

Reward Tickets at the promotional rate are subject to availability.

Reward Tickets can be booked in Eurostar Standard, Eurostar Plus or Eurostar Premier class.

The number of points required for a one-way Reward Ticket in each class are indicated below:

• Eurostar Standard value fare – 800 points
• Eurostar Standard anytime fare (routes to/from London only) – 1200 points
• Eurostar Plus value fare – 1600 points
• Eurostar Plus anytime fare (routes to/from London only) – 2000 points
• Eurostar Premier value fare (routes between Belgium, France, Germany and the Netherlands only) – 2400 points
• Eurostar Premier anytime fare (routes to/from London only) – 2400 points

The number of points required for a return Reward Ticket in each class are indicated below:

• Eurostar Standard value fare – 1600 points
• Eurostar Standard anytime fare (routes to/from London only) – 2400 points
• Eurostar Plus value fare – 3200 points
• Eurostar Plus anytime fare (routes to/from London only) – 4000 points
• Eurostar Premier value fare (routes between Belgium, France, Germany and the Netherlands only) – 4800 points
• Eurostar Premier anytime fare (routes to/from London only) – 4800 points

For bookings made in Eurostar Standard and Eurostar Plus class, value and anytime fares can be combined (subject to availability).

The promotion is valid on tickets for travel between 11:00 (BST) on 6 May 2025 and 23:59 (BST) on 13 December 2025 inclusive (the “Travel Period”).

If your tier status entitles you to an allocation of companion vouchers then these can be redeemed on Reward Tickets at the promotional rates during the Booking Period via our Contact Centre. Each companion voucher enables you to book a complimentary return journey for the person of your choice when booking a Reward Ticket in Eurostar Standard or Eurostar Plus class only. The Reward Ticket and companion ticket do not need to be booked at the same time. The companion ticket can be added to an existing booking. If you choose to use your companion voucher towards a booking, then this must be for the same dates and times as the associated Reward Ticket. All tickets (including Reward Tickets) booked together with companion vouchers will be non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

Reward Tickets are subject to the Club Eurostar terms and conditions. If there is any conflict between these terms and conditions and the Club Eurostar terms and conditions, then these terms and conditions shall prevail.
