Terms and Conditions


Eurostar International Limited ("Eurostar"), a company incorporated in the UK under company number 02462001 with its registered office at 6th Floor, Kings Place, 90 York Way, London N1 9AG, United Kingdom, is organising a monthly prize draw for eligible Club Eurostar members commencing October 2020 (the "Promotion").


Any member of Club Eurostar aged 18 or over with a minimum tier status of Avantage or above is automatically entered into the Promotion, excluding staff of Eurostar, people involved in the Promotion’s design and implementation and members of their family.

Participation in the Promotion is free and there is no obligation to make a purchase.

By taking part in the Promotion, you declare that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these conditions. Failure to comply with these conditions will result in you being disqualified from the Promotion.


Each calendar month 5 winners shall be drawn at random on or around the first Monday of each month from the list of eligible Club Eurostar members at that time.

Winners in one month can win prizes in following months.

Eurostar may verify the identity of the winners and their details before issuing prizes.


4.1 Detail of prizes
There are 5 prizes available each month. One prize for each winner.
The prizes each month will be confirmed before the draw for that month.
The total estimated value of the prizes in any given month is likely to be approximately £1,000. This estimated value is given by way of a guide only and is subject to change.

The prizes are non-transferable, non-changeable and cannot be paid in cash or in kind.

Prizes may include e-vouchers for Eurostar trains. Winners with an address in the UK will automatically receive a GBP e-voucher whereas non-UK residents will automatically receive a EUR e-voucher.

Where prizes are provided by third party partners (e.g. hotels, car rentals), additional third party terms and conditions may apply.

In the event of force majeure or in circumstances beyond the control of Eurostar, Eurostar reserves the right to change stated prizes with prizes of the same or similar value.

4.2 Issue of prizes
Each winner shall be informed that they have won a prize by email at the email address registered to their Club Eurostar account on or around the tenth day of the month.

For some prizes, winners will be required to respond within 7 days of notification confirming their acceptance of the prize and delivery address. If a winner does not respond to communications within this period, Eurostar may draw an alternative winner (in the same way the original winners were drawn).

Eurostar also reserves the right to draw an alternative winner if: (i) Eurostar has made reasonable efforts to contact the winner and contact cannot be made, (ii) the winner is ineligible to enter the Promotion, and/or (iii) the winner does not wish to accept the prize.

Eurostar is obliged to either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation, Eurostar will send the surname and county of prize winners to anyone who writes to the address set out below, enclosing a self-addressed envelope:

4.3 Publicity

Eurostar may request that winners agree to take part in related publicity (e.g. communication in the Club Eurostar newsletter).

Where this happens, Eurostar will contact winners directly and agree details with them.


To the extent permitted by law, Eurostar does not accept any liability for loss, damage, personal injury or death arising in connection with this Promotion other than where it is caused by Eurostar’s own negligence.

Eurostar shall not be liable for any technical defect, including defects of the Internet, anomalies, hardware or software faults of any nature (virus, bugs, etc.) occurring on your systems. Eurostar shall not be held liable for any consequences on your personal, professional or commercial activities.

You have a right of access, deletion and correction of your personal data. You may also object to the processing of your personal data. These rights can be exercised by emailing Exercising any such right prior to the end of the Promotion may result in you not being entered into the Promotion.

If you object to any or all of your surname or county being published or made available, please contact Eurostar at the address above. In such circumstances, Eurostar must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.


Eurostar reserves the right to cancel, curtail or extend the Promotion at any time or to vary these conditions.

Eurostar may disqualify a participant from the Promotion if it believes that the participant has committed a breach of these conditions, or in the event of any fraud or attempt at cheating by any participant such as the creation of a false identity.
