For all journeys from 4 November 2024:
- Have unlimited free exchanges of Eurostar Premier tickets up until 48 hours after departure. Just pay any difference in fare.
- Have unlimited free exchanges of Eurostar Standard and Eurostar Plus tickets up until 1 hour before departure. Just pay any difference in fare.
- Get a full refund on Eurostar Premier tickets up to 48 hours after departure.
- Get a full refund on Eurostar Standard and Eurostar Plus tickets up to 7 days before departure for a £25 fee.

Businesses and travel agents can snap up a range of perks on our Eurostar for Business portal:
- Immediately after signing up, Businesses and travel agents can make, view, and manage bookings in one place and get a free ticket or upgrade after every 15 return trips.
- After spending £10,000 per year, businesses can get discounts* off Eurostar Premier and Eurostar Plus tickets.
- At any time, companies and travel agents will be able to invite their team so they can see all bookings from across their organisation.

Booking through a travel agency
Depending on how much they spend, businesses of all sizes get exclusive benefits.
- If a business spends £100,000* or more per year, they can get negotiated fares in Eurostar Premier and Eurostar Plus, a dedicated account manager, and tailored support.
- If a business spends between £10,000 and £100,000* per year, they can get exclusive discounts based on their total spend.

The freedom to flex: you can now change your Standard Premier ticket as many times you want with no fee up to one hour before travel, giving you more flexibility than ever before. If your new ticket is more expensive, you’ll pay the difference. If your new ticket is cheaper, the difference will not be refunded. You can also get a refund up to 7 days before travel for €25/£25/$40.
Business Premier
Designed for business
Business Premier includes:
- 3 pieces of luggage + 1 hand luggage
- Hot meals designed by Raymond Blanc, served with champagne at your seat
- UK + EU plug sockets
- Extra spacious seats
- Free newspapers and magazines
- Dedicated fast-track ticket gates
- Exclusive lounges in London, Paris and Brussels and access to NS International lounges in Amsterdam and Rotterdam
Fare conditions: You can exchange your tickets free of charge or claim a refund at any point before departure on all routes. For trains between the UK, France and Belgium, we also allow exchanges or refunds up to 60 days after your booked departure.
Eurostar Plus
Choose a little extra – including more space to work or relax, and a light meal for the journey.
Eurostar Plus includes
- Exchange with no fee up to 1 hour pre-departure
- Refundable up to 7 days pre-departure for €25/£25/$40
- A delicious light meal and drinks served at your seat
- 2 pieces of luggage + 1 small daypack/handbag
- Extra spacious seats
- Free onboard wi-fi
- UK & EU plug sockets
