Our north Kent station is close to the M2, M20 and A2, and a stone's throw from Bluewatershopping centre.


Due to the impact of coronavirus and the subsequent pressure put on our business, we’ve made a decision to focus on our busiest city centre stations. As a result, our trains will no longer be stopping at Ebbsfleet International until 2022 at the earliest.

If you’re booked on a train due to depart or arrive at Ebbsfleet International

You can request an eVoucher for the full value of your booking here. 

Your voucher will be valid for 12 months from date of issue to travel to any Eurostar destination from or to London St Pancras International (subject to availability). You don’t have to travel before the expiry date on your voucher, you simply need to book your new journey before your voucher expires. You can book up to six months in advance on most of our routes, so that means you’ll be able to travel up until late 2021. No fee will be applied, but if the value of your new booking is more than the value of your voucher, you will have to pay the difference. 

Please note that eVoucher requests must be submitted within 60 days of your initial outbound travel date. After this date you will, unfortunately, be unable to retrospectively claim a voucher. You can also request a refund here

Travelling from London St Pancras International instead

As our trains are no longer stopping at Ebbsfleet International, you’ll need to buy a ticket to travel to or from St Pancras International instead.


Getting to or from London St Pancras International by train

You can take a direct Southeastern train between Ebbsfleet International and St Pancras International. You can check the Southeastern timetable and fares here.


When to arrive at London St Pancras International?

We recommend arriving at St Pancras International 60 minutes before your Eurostar train departs to allow plenty of time for ticket, security and passport checks. Ticket gates close 30 minutes before departure.

Getting there

By trainSoutheastern have launched their Kent Highspeed trains which now call at Ebbsfleet International.

By busFastrack services also run from the Bluewater shopping centre

By car: Plan your journey to Ebbsfleet International by car at http://route.rac.co.uk or www.viamichelin.com.

By coach: Ebbsfleet International is served by National Express coaches on the Dover-Canterbury-London Victoria route.

London St. Pancras, Ebsbleet and Ashford lost property

If you have lost something in St Pancras Station you should contact the station’s lost property office on 0044 208 090 9922. They will assist you with logging your lost item and helping you where possible. 

For anything lost on one of our Eurostar trains please email our Eurostar lost property office on lost.property@eurostar.com.

The Eurostar lost property office is open from Monday to Friday, 10:00 to 17:00 (GMT). All non-perishable items are kept for 28 days.
