If you’re booked on a train due to depart or arrive at Ebbsfleet International
You can request an eVoucher for the full value of your booking here.
Your voucher will be valid for 12 months from date of issue to travel to any Eurostar destination from or to London St Pancras International (subject to availability). You don’t have to travel before the expiry date on your voucher, you simply need to book your new journey before your voucher expires. You can book up to six months in advance on most of our routes, so that means you’ll be able to travel up until late 2021. No fee will be applied, but if the value of your new booking is more than the value of your voucher, you will have to pay the difference.
Please note that eVoucher requests must be submitted within 60 days of your initial outbound travel date. After this date you will, unfortunately, be unable to retrospectively claim a voucher. You can also request a refund here.
Travelling from London St Pancras International instead
As our trains are no longer stopping at Ebbsfleet International, you’ll need to buy a ticket to travel to or from St Pancras International instead.
Getting to or from London St Pancras International by train
You can take a direct Southeastern train between Ebbsfleet International and St Pancras International. You can check the Southeastern timetable and fares here.
When to arrive at London St Pancras International?
We recommend arriving at St Pancras International 60 minutes before your Eurostar train departs to allow plenty of time for ticket, security and passport checks. Ticket gates close 30 minutes before departure.
