* Find our £58 fare
Tickets at this fare are only available for travel (according to your local departure time) between midday and midnight on a Monday; anytime on a Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday; and between midday and midnight on a Saturday.

**Exchangeability conditions:
All our Standard and Standard Premier tickets are exchangeable before departure but non-refundable. This is subject to availability and to paying any difference in price with the available fare on the day of exchange, plus a fixed fee of £30/€40 (in Standard) or £40/€50 (in Standard Premier) per person per leg to be exchanged. You can exchange your ticket within the same class or upgrade to Standard Premier but it must be on the same route as the original journey booked. If the available fare is less expensive than the original fare purchased, the difference in price will not be reimbursed.

***All our BP fares are fully exchangeable and refundable before and up to 60 days after departure, with no fees and no difference in fare.

****ATTENTION: Tickets for journeys between Lille and Brussels are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

Service Fees

For Standard and Standard Premier bookings made over the phone or at the station, the service fee is £10 per transaction.

The service fee is also charged for Standard and Standard Premier booking changes made over the phone.

Business Premier travellers are not charged as the fee is included in the price of their ticket, nor do we charge service fees of Eurostar™ carte blanche holders.

To avoid paying the service fee, just use eurostar.com or the Eurostar app to make and manage bookings.

Ticket Gates and Checks – Closure Times and Fees

Standard and Standard Premier

Ticket gates and checks close 30 minutes before departure.

Business Premier

The Business Premier ticket gates close 10 minutes before departure.

If you arrive after the ticket gates or checks close, we reserve the right to not allow you to board your train. If you’ve arrived before your train’s departure time, you can ask at the ticket office for a seat on the next available train. If there’s space, we’ll rebook your ticket and you’ll need to pay a £44 (€49) fee.

When Trains Are Full

It might be that all the seats on your chosen train are booked up already. You can still book a ticket, but we won't be able to reserve you a seat before you arrive.

Seats may become available on the day if some people cancel or decide not to travel. So, as soon as you arrive at the station, our team will do everything they can to find a seat for you.

If you'd like to make absolutely sure that you get a seat, it's best to choose a train that still has spaces available.
