How to book your connecting train tickets to France with Eurostar

Book your connecting ticket in one go on eurostar.com.
1. Select your origin and destination stations and travel dates and we'll find the best travel schedules for you. Just so you know, connecting times between your two trains are already set up and can't be changed.
2. Choose your travel class for both your Eurostar and connecting train.
3. Download your tickets - your booking will include two different tickets, one for the Eurostar leg of your journey and one for the TGV INOUI leg. You can get them on your mobile or by PDF on desktop.

You'll get your tickets right after booking (and filling the API form if you travel to and from London) on your mobile or by PDF on desktop. You will have separate tickets for each leg (1 ticket for the Eurostar train, 1 ticket for the TGV Inoui train) which will represent separate contracts of transport.
Please contact us at least 24 hours before departure if you need assistance on your journey. Our colleagues will ensure assistance is arranged for both legs of your connecting journey.
Please be aware this may require your trip to be amended so that you have more time to make your connecting train.

Exchanges and cancellations apply to all passengers in your booking. To allow passengers to make separate changes, please make individual bookings.
No, we can't change names on bookings which include a connection with another train company.
No, it's not possible to add passengers to exisiting bookings, you'll need to make a new reservation.
You can directly amend your seats on the Eurostar train by going to Manage your booking. If your connecting journey includes a seat reservation with another operator it can't be changed.
Sorry, it's not possible to use a discount card on bookings with connecting Eurostar and TGV INOUI trains bought at eurostar.com.
Club Eurostar members will earn points on the total value of a booking on tickets for travel on Eurostar and connecting journeys.

Where can I take a connecting TGV INOUI train to?
Our main connecting hubs in France are in Paris, Lille, Marne-la-Vallée and Roissy Charles de Gaulle. Travellers from the Netherlands or Germany can also connect via Brussels-Midi/Zuid.

What to do in case of disruption during my SNCF journey?
We know disruptions and missed connections can affect your journey. But thanks to an agreement between Eurostar and SNCF, we can help you get to your final destination if there are delays or cancellations. All the information you need about exchanges, delays and compensation can be found here.
As we're part of the HOTNAT and AJC schemes, we'll help you get to your final destination if you miss your connecting Eurostar or TGV INOUI train, at no extra cost. Speak to a member of staff on your delayed train. They'll give you a form to prove that you missed your train because of disruption. To learn more about HOTNAT and AJC, go to our Connections page.
Please note that Eurostar and TGV INOUI tickets are separate travel contracts. If your train is delayed or cancelled, each leg of the journey is treated separately.
Eurostar is responsible only for issues on the Eurostar part of your trip, and SNCF is responsible for the TGV INOUI part. If you need to make a claim, you’ll need to contact the relevant train company directly:

Missed your connection? Don’t worry. Thanks to an agreement between Eurostar and SNCF (AJC and HOTNAT), you can hop on the next available train at no extra cost.
Unfortunately, no.But if you miss your connection, don’t worry! Eurostar and SNCF have signed agreements with each other allowing you to catch the next available train at no extra cost. This is part of the Agreement on Journey Continuation (AJC) and the HOTNAT services. Please see our Connections page for more information on HOTNAT and AJC services.
Please note that Eurostar and TGV INOUI tickets are separate contracts of travel. If there's a delay, each part of your journey is treated separately.
This means any compensation will be based only on the leg that was delayed, according to that train operator’s policy—not on the total delay at your final destination.
Eurostar is responsible for delays on the Eurostar leg, and SNCF is responsible for delays on the TGV INOUI leg. If you experience a delay, you’ll need to contact the relevant train operator directly to make a claim.

Food
Transport between the station and your accommodation
The cost of calling anyone who was waiting for you at your destination

We will not be able to cover expenses made as a result of a delayed or cancelled TGV INOUI train. In this case, please contact SNCF directly.
