Travelling with excess or oversized luggage on Eurostar
If you’re travelling with excess or oversized luggage (Max H:165cm x D:57cm x W:135cm), you must book a dedicated space for it in advance by emailing our Eurostar Travel Services team on firstname.lastname@example.org.
Travel services by Eurostar
This service is currently limited to selected trains between London, Paris and Brussels, so please book early to avoid disappointment. You will have to drop off the item at our luggage area before heading to the departures. Items will be handed back on the platform upon arrival so make sure you only bring what you can safely carry. No trolley will be provided. Maximum weight for registered luggage is 30kg. We will not be able to accept items any heavier.
Important: We will only accept excess or oversized luggage booked via our Travel Services team. If this service is not available for your journey, you’ll need to contact a courier to have your excess or oversized luggage sent to your destination.
