At one of our terminals: if you've lost a non-perishable item, it'll be kept at the lost property office at the station where it was found.
On the train: it'll be taken to the lost property office at the train's destination station.
You may need to pay collection, storage and/or postage charges.
Perishable items will be disposed of at the end of the working day – all the more reason not to forget that Camembert under your seat.
To help us find your item more quickly, make sure you have the following details to hand when you get in touch:
Date when the item was lost
Train number (coach and seat number if possible)
Description of the item: colour, make/model, brand/style, any distinguishable features. For tablets and phones, a description of any screensaver that may display will help us identify any potential matches. If possible, include a picture of the type of item you have lost.

If you have lost something in our departure lounge or on board our trains, please email our Eurostar lost property office on lost.property@eurostar.com. All non-perishable items are kept for 28 days.
For anything lost in St Pancras International outside of the Eurostar area, you should contact the station’s lost property office on +44 (0)20 8090 9922 or customerservice@excess-baggage.com. Alternatively, you can register your lost item online.
The SNCF lost property office in Gare du Nord is open Monday to Saturday from 08:00 to 20:00. It is located on level -1, next to the car rental agencies.

If you're still in Marne-la-Vallée when you realise you've lost something, go to the station information desk as soon as possible.
After a couple of days, your item will be forwarded to Paris Gare de l'Est.
