Flexible fares you won’t find anywhere else

We want to make train travel a no-brainer. So we’ve made sure Eurostar is one of the most flexible ways to travel around Europe. 

All Eurostar Plus tickets are fully exchangeable with no fee as many times as you want up to one hour before departure. If your new ticket is more expensive, you will pay the difference. If your new ticket is cheaper, you will not receive a refund of the difference.

You can also get a refund up to 7 days before travel for €/£25, helping you book early with confidence.

Two big bags. No weight limits.

With Eurostar Plus you can bring two bags (up to 85cm long on our routes to and from London or 75cm on all other routes) and one piece of hand luggage for no extra charge, and with no weight limits. There are also no restrictions on liquids. A bottle of bubbles to celebrate the start of your holiday? Bring it on.

Access to onboard wi-fi and power outlets

Our onboard wi-fi is free for everyone. You’ll also find a power socket at your seat.

Family travel made easy

We understand that taking your tiny explorers on tour comes with unique challenges. That’s why we’re here to help everything go smoothly when you bring the kids.

Kids under 4 can travel free and there are discounts for children aged 4 to 11.
