Wherever you’re travelling to or from, there’s no need to call to arrange a ramp – we’ll make sure there’s one ready and waiting on the platform when you arrive.
There’s also no need to call if you need any extra help in London, Ashford, Ebbsfleet, Paris, Lille or Brussels.

If you’re travelling to Paris, Lille, Brussels, Lyon, Avignon or Marseille, ticket gates close 30 minutes before departure.
For trains to Disneyland® Paris it’s 45 minutes and for ski trains it’s 60 minutes.
If you need a little extra help, make sure you arrive 75 minutes before your train leaves, then head to the Eurostar Assist welcome point or speak to one of our team.
After the ticket gates, there’s airport-style security, but without the fuss about liquids, so you can bring a bottle of bubbly or your morning coffee.
You’ll also need to have your passport to hand for checks by UK and French border control.
There’s step-free access to and from the platform and a ramp for boarding at all of our stations.
