Start your journey in style, relaxing with tasty treats, a wide selection of drinks and a range of magazines and newspapers in our exclusive Business Premier lounges.
The Paris and London lounges have their own cocktail bars, where you can sip on something shaken or stirred by our expert mixologist before departure. Just don’t forget there’s a train to catch...
Business Premier lounges are available to Business Premier travellers and Eurostar™ Carte Blanche holders. You'll find them in our London, Paris and Brussels departure lounges.
We know your plans can change at the drop of a hat, and that’s why Business Premier offers tickets that are fully flexible. You can exchange or get a refund for your ticket before and after departure.
If you’re travelling between London and the Netherlands, you can get a refund, or exchange your ticket up until departure. You can also exchange your ticket to travel on our indirect route from the Netherlands to London. You’ll need to take a Thalys train from the Netherlands to Brussels and change onto a Eurostar train there.
The dedicated Business Premier ticket gates close shortly before departure, so you can make the most of your time before heading to the station.
Simply scan your ticket at the gate, then breeze straight through security and passport control and into the Business Premier lounge.
Whether you're being whisked away for a romantic weekend or exploring the city with the whole family, there's no need to travel light.
Each adult can take three pieces of luggage up to 85cm long, as well as one small piece of hand luggage. Plus, there's no restriction on liquids so you can take your favourite toiletries (and a bottle of something bubbly for the journey).
Find out more about our luggage allowances.
Did you know that your carbon footprint from one flight to Paris is the same as making 14 Eurostar journeys?* That’s the equivalent of travelling with us every day for two weeks.
We’re committed to switching entirely to renewable energy in the UK, France and Belgium by 2030. And we’re already using 100% wind power to run our trains in the Netherlands
*Customers can exchange tickets in Standard and Standard Premier as many times as they want without paying an exchange fee as long as tickets are exchanged 7 days or more before the departure time of their individual journey.
Where tickets are exchanged within 7 days of the individual journey:
- adult tickets – will incur an exchange fee per person and per individual journey in Standard (£30) and in Standard Premier (£40).
- child tickets – will not incur an exchange fee.
Tickets are non-refundable. Where tickets are exchanged for a higher-priced ticket, customers will need to pay the difference. Where tickets are exchanged for a lower price ticket, the difference in price will not be refunded.
**The analysis of Eurostar versus air emissions has been calculated in an independent analysis by Paul Watkiss Associates Ltd in 2020, based on 2019 CO2e emissions. Comparison between Eurostar and aviation is made based on the kg of greenhouse gas emissions [CO2(e)] per passenger on the same one-way journey. The calculation is based on aviation CO2e emissions from the ICAO (International Civil Aviation Organization) calculator, and train CO2e emissions calculated using Defra methodology for the UK, and the IEA (International Energy Agency) for France, Belgium and the Netherlands.
