Travelling in Business Premier

If travelling in style is your thing, then Business Premier is the travel class for you. Business Premier gives you freedom: the freedom to travel according to your schedule, to speed through fast-track ticket gates and to relax in our exclusive Business Premier Lounges. From your reclining seat on board, you’ll enjoy space, comfort and time to work or unwind.

The Business Premier travel experience

Enjoy a three course meal, served with champagne

From hearty breakfasts to indulgent three-course course meals for lunch and dinner, our Business Premier menus have been designed with Michelin-starred chef Raymond Blanc OBE.

We’ll also serve hot and cold drinks throughout your journey. If you have any special dietary requirements, simply let us know 48 hours in advance and we can cater to those too.

See our Business Premier menu here.

Relax in our exclusive Business Premier Lounges

Start your journey in style, relaxing with tasty treats, a wide selection of drinks and a range of magazines and newspapers in our exclusive Business Premier Lounges.

Business Premier Lounges are available to Business Premier travellers and members of the Carte Blanche and Etoile level of our Club Eurostar rewards programme. You'll find them in our London, Paris and Brussels departure lounges.

Enjoy complete freedom and flexibility

We know your plans can change at the drop of a hat, and that’s why Business Premier offers tickets that are fully flexible. You can exchange or get a refund for your ticket before and after departure when travelling between London and France, and London and Belgium.

If you’re travelling between London and the Netherlands, you can get a refund or exchange your ticket up until departure. You can also exchange your ticket to travel on one of our indirect routes from the Netherlands to London.

Find out more about our flexible bookings.

Dedicated priority lanes

Our dedicated Business Premier lanes close 15 minutes before departure in London, Paris, Lille and Brussels, and 20 minutes before departure in Amsterdam and Rotterdam. Simply scan your ticket, then breeze straight through security and passport control.

Boarding guarantee

If you’d like to switch for an earlier or later train on the day you’re travelling, we guarantee to find you a seat, even if Business Premier is full. Unfortunately, we’re unable to offer this guarantee for trains to and from the Netherlands.

Generous luggage allowance

Whether you're being whisked away for a romantic weekend or exploring the city with the whole family, there's no need to travel light.

Each adult can take three pieces of luggage up to 85cm long, as well as one small piece of hand luggage. Plus, there's no restriction on liquids so you can take your favourite toiletries (and a bottle of something bubbly for the journey).

Go greener with Eurostar

Did you know that your carbon footprint from one flight to Paris is the same as making 14 Eurostar journeys?* That’s the equivalent of travelling with us every day for two weeks.

We’re committed to switching entirely to renewable energy in the UK, France and Belgium by 2030. And we’re already using 100% wind power to run our trains in the Netherlands

*The analysis by EcoRes uses average CO₂ emissions per passenger travelling 1km. The calculations used 2022 internal data from the entire Eurostar-Thalys network (annual consumption of traction electricity, number of passengers transported, number of km travelled by these passengers), and CO₂ emission factors attributed to traction electricity produced in the respective countries crossed. For thermal cars, the emissions factor used is average for a combustion-powered car (averaged fuel) on a long-distance journey at 171gCO₂/km considering 2.2 person per car, taken from the ADEME (French Agency for Ecological Transition) Carbon Base. Calculations for the average CO₂ emissions per passenger for flights used combustion emissions from the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) calculator, with additional upstream emissions data (WTT) based on DGAC (direction Générale de l’aviation civile) ratio of 22%. Non-CO₂ effects (condensation trails and cirrus clouds) were not taken into account. More information on eurostar.com.
