Departing from Brussels-Midi/Zuid

Brussels-Midi/Zuid Station is just a short walk from the city centre and is well connected by the Brussels Métro, tram lines, and a number of bus routes.

Connecting in Paris from Gare du Nord to Gare de l'Est

To catch your TGV INOUI to your final destination, you'll need to go from Paris Gare du Nord to Gare de l'Est when changing trains. Gare de l'Est is very close to Paris Gare du Nord, so you could walk – it takes about 10 minutes.

If you prefer to use public transport, the journey takes around 15 minutes. Here's what to do:

  1. When you arrive at Paris Gare du Nord, follow the M signs to the Paris Métro station located on level -1. Buy a Navigo Easy pass at a ticket machine or a ticket desk. If you want to beat the queues, you can also buy a Metro-Train ticket ahead of your trip using the Île-de-France Mobilités (opens in a new tab) or Bonjour RATP app (opens in a new tab).
  2. Follow the signs to Métro line 4 and board an M4 train towards Bagneux-Lucie Aubrac.
  3. Get off the train at Gare de l'Est (just 1 stop).
  4. Follow the signs for 'Grandes Lignes' and take a lift or the escalators to get to the main concourse. Look for the platform your train will depart from on the departures board.
  5. Board your TGV train to your final destination - boarding starts around 20 minutes before departure and the doors close 2 minutes before.

Arriving at Strasbourg train station

Your train will arrive at Strasbourg train station, which is right in the city centre of Strasbourg. As there are no border checks upon arrival, you can simply hop off the train and leave the station. And to get to where you're going, you'll have easy access to the city's buses and tramway.
