Eurostar for Business

Terms and Conditions

Upgrade or Free Ticket

  • Available after the corporate customer has purchased and completed travel on 15 return journeys. Where an agency (e.g., travel management company) is booking on behalf of a corporate customer, this offer applies to that corporate customer (and does not apply to the agency).
  • The 15 return journeys is not per traveller – for example, 3 people could travel 5 times each.
  • Each of the 15 return journeys needs to be on the same route (for example, London – Paris) and in the same class of service. You cannot combine different routes or journeys booked in different classes of service towards the 15 return journeys.
  • After you have purchased and completed travel on 15 return journeys in Eurostar Standard, the next individual return ticket you purchase on any Eurostar route will be upgraded to Eurostar Plus.
  • After you have purchased and completed travel on 15 return journeys in Eurostar Plus, the next individual return ticket you purchase on any Eurostar route will be upgraded to Eurostar Premier.
  • After you have purchased and completed travel on 15 return journeys in Eurostar Premier, we will give you one free return ticket on any Eurostar route in Eurostar Premier.
  • Upgrades and free tickets to be booked through the Eurostar sales team.
  • There is no limit to the number of upgrades or free tickets that can be earned.
  • Upgrades and/or free tickets must be booked by 31 December 2025 and travel must be completed within 3 months of the date of the booking.
  • This offer only applies to tickets purchased by a corporate customer up to a total amount of £10,000/€10,000 per calendar year (1 January up to and including 31 December) across all Eurostar routes.
  • Once a corporate customer has exceeded this £10,000/€10,000 threshold, the corporate customer will automatically be eligible to instead receive discounts via Eurostar’s corporate customer scheme.
