Belgian Comic Strip Center

Museum of Musical Instruments (MIM)

Atomium
Place de l’Atomium, 1020Standing tall at 102m, the Atomium is an architectural feat. The mammoth structure was designed by engineer André Waterkeyn for the 1958 World Fair to symbolise the dawn of a new scientific age. Hop in the elevator for a peek inside the nine spheres, five of which host intriguing exhibitions.
Magritte Museum
Rue de la Régence 3, 1000The only place you’ll find a pipe that isn’t necessarily a pipe, the Magritte Museum showcases Belgium’s most celebrated surrealist in all in his glory. It’s home to the world’s largest collection of his work with more than 200 paintings – a must-see spot for modern-art connoisseurs in the city.
