We wanted our Premium menus to be something special. So, we partnered with celebrated Belgian chef Frank Fol, The Vegetables Chef®, who brings over 30 years of experience to the table. Frank Fol is renowned for his passion for vegetables and fruit, and is an international consultant on fresh and healthy food.
Plus, all our sweet pastries are by Olivier Vidal– one of France’s best artisan chocolatiers and a ‘Meilleur ouvrier de France’ winner.

We take our food seriously, and we’re proud of our achievements. In 2021, our Premium menu was awarded the Food Made Good label from the Sustainable Restaurant Association, one of the highest honours in the world for sustainable cuisine.
