BOARDING GUARANTEE - TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Boarding Guarantee

Our Boarding Guarantee is only valid for travel from the following Eurostar terminals –St Pancras International, Ebbsfleet International, Ashford International, Paris Gare Du Nord and Brussels-Midi/Zuid only.

• Our Boarding Guarantee is only valid on the same day as the same leg of the original booking. You can exchange your booking at Eurostar ticket offices. In Brussels-Midi/Zuid station you must change your ticket at check-in. You must make your request to travel on another service no later than 20 minutes before departure to allow enough time to exchange the original booking and allocate a new seat.

• If Business Premier is full we will offer you alternative seating in Standard Premier or Standard.If you take up this offer we will not be able to offer any refund. If a seat is available in Business Premier we unfortunately cannot guarantee a meal will be available or that we will be able to provide for any special meal requests.

• If we can't offer you a seat we can give you an e-voucher for 50% of your ticket or, for the Club Eurostar members, the equivalent credit of bonus points. You may choose which you prefer.

• Our Boarding Guarantee will not be available when we are operating a contingency timetable or when there are restrictions to check-in or factors outside our control that affect our services. We reserve the right to withdraw our Boarding Guarantee at any time.
