Here are some of the questions we're often asked. If we don't have the answer you're looking for, email us at recruitment.questions@eurostar.com
All job applications are made through our online careers portal, where you can also search for available roles at Eurostar.
We're sorry, but we don't accept speculative applications. The best way to keep up to date on upcoming roles is to create a profile, with your CV, on our online careers portal. Once you've done that, you can apply for jobs or sign up to our job alerts.
We're sorry, but we can only employ people who already have the legal right to live and work in the country where the role is based.
If you're looking for your first step into the Eurostar world, you'll find our internship opportunities listed along with our other available roles on our careers portal.
Once you've applied for a job on the portal, we'll send you an email to confirm that your application has been submitted. If you haven't received one, check your spam folder or your account on the careers portal.
We'll send you emails to let you know about the outcome of your application and you can also check your application's status on the online career portal when you log in.
We're sorry, but if the deadline has passed then we cannot consider new applications. The best thing to do is to register for job alerts – that way, you'll get an email if the job re-opens and you can apply.
We tend to receive a high volume of applications for roles at Eurostar and sometimes it takes us a bit of time to make a decision. We'll always let you know if your application has been successful or not, so keep an eye on your inbox.
We're sorry, but due to the high number of applications we receive, we can only give feedback to candidates that have attended an interview or assessment centre.
We're sorry, but we can't reimburse any travel costs.
We have a variety of roles available and you can find out more on the Careers page or by searching our current vacancies.
Our recruitment strategy is to source talent directly, and to carry on working with the partners we already have. Feel free to email us some information about your company at recruitment.questions@eurostar.com - we'll keep your details on file in case we decide to look for alternative solutions. We ask that you do not to send us speculative CVs, cold call or contact our managers directly – rest assured that we'll call you when we're looking for support.
