Travelling to your favourite destinations is about to get that little bit easier, with the launch of the new Eurostar app.
We’ve given the app an eye-catching new design, made it easier to book tickets on the go, and made lots of other exciting updates.
You’ll be able to store your ticket on the app and scan it at the eTicket gates. You can access onboard entertainment through the app. And it’ll feature a digital version of your Club Eurostar loyalty card.
If you already have the app, you’ll be prompted to update it at some point during the week commencing December 11. However, if you’ve already booked a ticket to travel, you’ll need to transfer it over if you want to use your eTicket.
Once you’ve updated or downloaded the app, just:
- Tap the YOUR BOOKINGS tab
- Enter your booking reference number (which can be found on your email confirmation) and the surname of one of your passengers then tap SEARCH
- Et voilà - your booking will be displayed with a notification confirming that it is now stored on the app
We know it’s not the smoothest start, but once you’re up and running, you can make the most of our new features. It’s going to be fantastique.
