Industrial Action in Belgium 9to 10 October 2017
Due to a national rail strike, we won’t be able to accept passengers on Eurostar services travelling from Brussels to Lille and Calais on Tuesday 10 October.
Passengers with tickets for travel between these destinations can exchange them in person at our stations or contact their original point of sale to exchange or cancel their tickets.
Eurostar services between the UK and Brussels will operate normally on both days.
If you’re travelling further within Belgium, please consult https://www.b-europe.com/EN/Disruptions to see if your connecting journey is affected.

Check before you Travel – our Timetables are Changing
Between 29 May and 30 July 2017 our Paris timetables will be changing a bit because of engineering works on part of the French high-speed line between Lille and Paris.
If you regularly take a particular train to Paris, just bear in mind that it might arrive a few minutes later than usual. Please double-check the details on your ticket before you travel, or when you’re booking.
Travelling from London to Paris at 20:01 Monday-Friday?
From 29 May until 28 July (except Monday 5 June) the weekday 9054 20:01 departure from London will depart 36 minutes earlier. Click here to see the new timings.
Your tickets and booking confirmation may not show the earlier departure time so please ensure you arrive at the station with enough time for check-in and boarding.
These maintenance projects are essential to keep our trains running reliably and on time in the future, so we’d like to say thank you for your understanding.

If you haven’t booked yet
There are still seats available. You’ll just need to buy tickets from London St Pancras International or Ashford International and board the train at one of those stations.
If you’ve already booked tickets from Ebbsfleet International
Don't worry, the train will still stop at Ebbsfleet as normal but it might be worth leaving a little extra time to check in, since it'll be busy.
Ashford International closed until 12:00 pm on 16 July 2017
Engineering works will be carried out at Ashford International during the morning of Sunday 16 July 2017.
Eurostars 9084 (to Lyon, Avignon and Marseilles) and 9074 (to Lille and Disneyland) will NOT stop at Ashford that day.
No step-free access at Ashford International from 23 August to 31 October
From 23 August to 31 October, our lifts will be getting a service so they can continue to smoothly take travellers to and from our platforms.
Unfortunately, this means there’s no step-free access during this time.
We’re very sorry for the inconvenience, and hope this advance warning helps you to minimise any disruption to your plans.

Timetable changes on 7-8 October 2017
We’ll be running a revised timetable from the evening of Saturday 7 October until around 21:00 on Sunday 8 October.
This is while engineers replace the points in the Channel Tunnel, meaning we can only run trains through one of the two tunnels we normally use.
During this period, journey times on all of our routes will be slightly longer than normal since our trains will be running at reduced speed through the Channel Tunnel.
