With our new extra flexible tickets, you can start planning a well-earned break in summer or autumn safe in the knowledge that you can always change your plans. Tickets are on sale at least nine months in advance at eurostar.com.
HOW DO FLEXIBLE TICKETS WORK?
So, you’ve booked a trip but then you’re no longer able to go abroad. Don’t worry, our tickets are now more flexible than ever*. Because we know things can change quickly at the moment.
Here’s how they work:
We’re working hard to keep you connected with the people and places you love and want you to feel complete confidence when you’re planning your next trip. That’s why we want to make a pledge to you: once tickets have gone on sale, we promise not to cancel those trains because of COVID-19.
In the unlikely event that we have to cancel your train for any other reason, we’ll be in touch with more details.
We’ll be adding more trains to our timetables as restrictions ease and demand for tickets increases. Keep an eye on our website for more availability.
