You’ll need to arrive at the station just 45-60 minutes before departure, with your tickets and passport or national ID card.

Simply scan your barcode at the ticket gates, then it’s through to security and passport control. After a few quick checks, you can relax in the departure lounge and wait for your train to start boarding.  

You can find your tickets in the Eurostar app, download them to your Wallet, print them at home or collect them at the station.

In the peaceful, spacious surroundings of your Standard Premier coach, you’ll enjoy the freedom to think, work or simply unwind. You’ll find power sockets at your seat, so you can stay charged up while you relax, as well as magazines to while away the time.

Sit back and relax as our team serves a delicious light meal and drinks at your seat, with a choice of dishes to suit the time of day.

Whether you’re being whisked away for a weekend or hitting the piste for a week, there’s no need to travel light. Each adult can take two pieces of luggage up to 85cm long, as well as one small piece of hand luggage.
