Generous luggage allowance
Whether you're being whisked away for a romantic weekend or exploring the city with the whole family, there's no need to travel light.
Each adult can take two pieces of luggage up to 85cm long, as well as one small piece of hand luggage. Plus, there's no restriction on liquids so you can take your favourite toiletries (and a bottle of something bubbly for the journey).

With our extra flexible tickets*, you can rearrange your trip without paying an exchange fee up to 7 days before your departure time.
So, you can start planning a well-earned break, safe in the knowledge that you can always change your plans. And with tickets on sale up to nine months in advance, there’s nothing stopping you filling your diary with weekends away. Find out more.

Choose your own seats for free
Hoping for quality time with the kids en route or a quiet place to send an email or two? Well, you can change your seat for free after you’ve booked to find your perfect spot.
Our seating plan shows you where you can get extra luggage space, tables for family and friends and baby changing areas.
Free wifi, all the way
Whether you’re travelling for work or play, you can email, tweet and post all the way with our free onboard wi-fi – which even works in the Channel Tunnel (subject to connectivity).
Family travel made easy
Our trains and destinations are ideal for getting away with the family.
Unlike airlines, you can choose your seats for free, so you can make sure you’re near baby changing facilities or sat together around a table. Simply look at our seating plan to find the best seats for your family.
And kids under four can travel for free, provided they sit on an adult’s lap throughout the journey. You’ll also find lots of child-friendly options available at Café Métropole, our onboard bar buffet. Find our more about family travel.
THE GREENER WAY TO GO
Did you know that your carbon footprint from one flight to Paris is the same as making 14 Eurostar journeys?* That’s the equivalent of travelling with us every day for two weeks.
We’re committed to switching entirely to renewable energy in the UK, France and Belgium by 2030. And we’re already using 100% wind power to run our trains in the Netherlands.
