Where to find EuroDespatch within St Pancras International station


 

Registered luggage

If you're travelling with extra, oversized or restricted luggage, you'll need to use our registered luggage service, provided by EuroDespatch. We'll put your bags in a designated part of the train, so you'll know they’re well taken care of and won't take up space in your coach.

The service is only available on these routes:

  • London and Paris
  • London and Brussels
  • London and Lille. 

If you’re travelling from any other Eurostar station, you’ll need to stay within our usual luggage allowances.

When will my luggage arrive?

We'll send your luggage on the first available train, as long as there's space. No matter what, we guarantee that it’ll be ready to collect at your Eurostar destination station within 24 hours of registering it.

Can I send it on ahead of me?

You can send your luggage ahead of you before you travel, so you can collect it when you arrive at your destination.

Can I register on the same day I’m travelling?

You can register your luggage on the day you travel – just remember to leave 30 minutes to check in before your train departs.

Group Luggage

If you’re travelling in a big group you can relax and enjoy your journey with us in comfort while we take care of your luggage.

This service is only available on our London, Paris and Brussels routes. You’ll need to book in advance and we’ll send you more details and instructions when we send you your booking confirmation.
