Why we ask for your details
In the unlikely event that there is a disruption that affects your train, we will send a text message to your mobile, send you an email to let you know. Please make sure you tell the other travellers in your group as well.
You'll find your booking reference (or "PNR") on your ticket. At times of disruption you can find up to date information on eurostar.com. The details you give here will only relate to your current booking. For any other bookings you have you will need to record your details separately.
