That's why we've designed the Business Premier menus with our Culinary Director, Raymond Blanc, OBE. As Chef Patron of the two Michelin-starred Le Manoir aux Quat'Saisons and founder of the Brasserie Blanc restaurants, Raymond brings 30 years of creativity and experience to the table.
Together, we've designed a menu of rustic, traditional recipes with a modern accent. Our dishes are packed with big flavours, light textures and clean, fresh simplicity, as the perfect interlude to your journey.
We have also worked with Raymond to choose sustainable, seasonal and responsibly sourced ingredients for our meals, and we'll continue to do so as a member of the Sustainable Restaurant Association.

The most important meal of the day has had a makeover at Eurostar. You can now choose from a selection of hot and cold breakfast dishes, including scrambled eggs, smoked salmon, fruit and more, as well as quality breads and pastries and delicious coffee freshly made to order. All designed in line with our Culinary Director Raymond Blanc’s vision of food as one of life’s great pleasures
