That's why we've designed the Business Premier menus with our Culinary Director, Raymond Blanc, OBE. As Chef Patron of the two Michelin-starred Le Manoir aux Quat'Saisons and founder of the Brasserie Blanc restaurants, Raymond brings 30 years of creativity and experience to the table.
Together, we've designed a menu of rustic, traditional recipes with a modern accent. Our dishes are packed with big flavours, light textures and clean, fresh simplicity, as the perfect interlude to your journey.
We have also worked with Raymond to choose sustainable, seasonal and responsibly sourced ingredients for our meals, and we'll continue to do so as a member of the Sustainable Restaurant Association.
Our menu is tailored to the time of day you’re with us, so we’ll serve you a different meal depending on when you’re travelling.
We serve breakfast until 11am, with pastries and breads, cold meats, yoghurts, fruit and as much delicious Lavazza coffee as you’d like.
There’s a choice of dishes in our three course lunch and dinner**, and even an afternoon tea with cakes, little savouries and even champagne, if you’re in the mood to celebrate.
* Special meals can be requested when booking. Meals are not served on the short journey between Brussels and Lille.
