We’re making a few changes to our ticket office

To make things even simpler, we’re building a new ticket office in London St Pancras International. Our brand new and beautifully designed space will be in the Departures area opposite check-in, so all things Eurostar will be in one place.

While we’re working, you can carry on using our current ticket office and Business Premier ticket office – we’ll keep them open until we’re ready to unveil the new ones.

What's on offer at St Pancras International?

  • An impressive range of shops, bars and restaurants
  • A mix of independent and boutique retailers
  • A bureau de change
  • Our ticket office, including a Future Bookings self-service area, group welcome desk, special assistance desk and e-ticket collection machines
  • A registered baggage service
  • Toilets with baby-changing facilities
