Information Systems: What We Do:
Since its launch in 1994, Eurostar has always relied on first class technology to deliver a first class service.
Information Systems lie at the heart of Eurostar's ability to operate a safe service. Our goal is not just to fulfil, but exceed, our customers' expectations.
IS manages the development and support of all applications and infrastructures used by Eurostar.
Such activities are carried out by a combination of in-house resources, Third Party suppliers and Eurostar's continental railway partners (SNCF and SNCB).
Our portfolio of information systems range from those which manage sales and reservations to the planning and management of the Eurostar train fleet.
We expertly use Microsoft, Oracle and Internet technologies.
Our employees are encouraged by the satisfaction they gain from maintaining Eurostar's position as the World's Leading Rail Service.
Who Are We Looking For?
The IS team plays a leading role in transforming the company, allowing Eurostar to meet future challenges and opportunities head-on.
Our diversity of service provision requires many different roles amongst which are Business Analysts, Project Managers, Application Developers, Database Analysts, Infrastructure Specialists and Service Desk Analysts.
