I love the fact that with my role I might have an appointment with the Chief Executive about strategy in the morning followed by a meeting with the cleaning staff about mops at lunchtime. It can be inspiring to work with such a range of characters and nationalities. Especially when things are going wrong and you all suddenly have a sense of common purpose that crosses any boundary immediately.
