- Eurostar has, since 1994, established itself as the leading carrier to Brussels and Paris. In 2009, 9.2 million travellers used Eurostar services.
- In August 2009, Eurostar celebrated carrying its 100 millionth traveller.
Customer Contact
- The Eurostar Contact Centre receives an average of 1.2 million calls a year.
- All after-travel feedback, whether complaints, compliments, comments or suggestions, are handled centrally by our Traveller Care Team. In 2009 the team had around 85,000 contacts with customers by letter, phone and email.
