Special Travel Needs
We have people on hand at all our terminals in case you need a hand getting to (or from) any of our trains. Just try and arrive early (about 45 minutes before your train leaves) and let us know.
In all of our terminals and at the end of every single carriage on our trains, you can find a toilet. If you’re a baby and need changing, you’ll need to crawl your way to carriage 1 or 18.
We have a wheelchair user fare so that you can travel with us in your own wheelchair in a special part of the train. One travelling companion can accompany you at a reduced rate. Feel free to email us and we’ll help make arrangements for you. Please note that Eurostar will not provide wheelchairs – please bring your own wheelchair to travel in.
We don’t let children under the age of twelve onto our trains by themselves. However, we will consider doing this for 13 to 17 year olds (depending on how clean their fingernails are) so feel free to email us and we can discuss your situation.
If you’re travelling in Business Premier or Leisure Select and have special meal requirements, please let us know when you book. If you’re a vegetarian, let us know at least 12 hours in advance. For Kosher, Halal or vegan meals, please let us know 2 days in advance.
We’re delighted to be able to tell you that registered assistance dogs are accepted on board. Unfortunately, these are the only animals that can travel on Eurostar: elephants, cobras and foxes are all still a definite no, no.
